Roger E. Bryant has served Logan County since 1979 as Director of the Logan Emergency Ambulance Service Authority.  Roger is a Paramedic and served under Mr Jim Singleton as Deputy Director of Emergency Services prior to his appointment to Director following the passing of Mr Singleton.
